"For me, creative climate leadership means acknowledging the fundamental role of arts in a world where consumerism, growth and individualism are making us forget the importance of community, justice and sincerity. It means deconstructing and reconstructing our way of thinking of the environmental emergency we’re living in."

About

Francesco is Project Officer at ENCATC, the European network on cultural management and policy. He is currently graduating from a Master in Cultural management at Université Libre de Bruxelles and Universiteit Antwerpen. ENCATC Academy on sustainable cultural management and policy

The ENCATC Academy is the space for the cultural management and policy community to come together for learning and adopting a new behavior as a professional and as a citizen. In this sense, the Academy facilitates exchange and insight through some key pillars: educating and training those who will be teaching the future generation of cultural actors (training the trainers), empowering cultural managers and operators with new practices for their sustainability efforts, and equipping policy makers with new knowledge for developing new sustainable policies.
