About

Carmen’s background and interests are located at the intersection between governance, human rights and culture. With an international relations academic background, she worked for the European Union for 15 years in Brussels and several continents. In a personal and career inflection point, she relocated to Amsterdam and went back to school (MA in Cultural Economics & Entrepreneurship). She now works as a freelancer providing project and funding support for big and micro cultural and arts organisations in Europe and beyond. Improving strategies and program’s architecture is intrinsically linked to an environmentally conscious and transformative standpoint.

The Nomad Pluriversity

The Nomad Pluriversity is a work in progress. It is a pedagogical project that resists monoculture, rhizomatic, partially autonomous and nomadic that seeks to move from universal knowledge to a pluriverse of meaning and knowledge located at the intersection of arts, technosciences and ecologies.
