Joëlle Simmen oversees Migros Culture Percentage Sparx, supporting emerging Swiss artists. Initially managing the project’s conception, she now leads strategic development and network expansion. Advocating for fair, co-creative, and inclusive practices, she worked on “kulturdünger”, contributed to “BorderPass” at the Swiss Youth Film Festival and co-founded the kleinLaut Festival. Joëlle holds a BA in Media Studies and Sociology and an MA in Cultural Studies, specializing in Science and Technology Studies.
