"Creative Climate Leadership is having the courage and the trust to build connections and actions that hold better relationships with each other and the world around us. It is remaining open to many ways of doing and testing out what lands with consensus. It is walking towards the unknown, lovingly."

Project Highlights

A Climate For Art
A Climate For Art (ACFA) is a fossil fuel divestment campaign for the arts industry. Through bringing small to medium organisations together to divest from fossil fuel lending banks, superannuation companies and power companies, ACFA is bringing momentum to tangible climate action and creating a Climate Union to bring together arts communities as leaders for the cultural shift we need.

Big Four Holiday Camp
Big Four Holiday Camp is the collaborative moniker of artists Rebecca McCauley, Eliki Reade, Jack Mitchell, and Aaron Claringbold, whose work and lives intersect with a shared interest and appreciation for bodies of water, and socially engaged work that confronts and enriches understandings of place. Coming from various positionalities; including Nyungar, kailoma-Fijian, and English/settler descendent ancestry; from 2021–23 they were inaugural commissioned research artists through Next Wave’s TIDAL program.
