About
Lucina Machanzi works for the Culture Fund in Zimbabwe as the Gender and Climate Change Project Coordinator. The programme, cultureACTIONs, aims to harness the creative power of the arts in debunking societal norms and cultural practices that are enforcing gender-based violence, early child marriages and poor environmental practices. Lucina is a holder of an MSc in Development Studies and an MA in Leadership and Management from the University of Zimbabwe. Lucina has knowledge-based and transferable skills acquired through experience obtained from working in the NGO Sector for 14 years in various capacities.
